Pricing, Warranty & Booking

Questions 01–05
How much does a repair cost?

Screen repair starting estimates are around $49 for older or budget devices, around $89 for mid-range models, and around $150 for the latest flagship phones. Battery replacements start around $49 and can run up to $99 or more depending on the device. Charging port repairs start around $39. Every price is confirmed with a free diagnostic before any work begins — see our Phone Repair Prices page for full details.

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. We check your device, confirm the actual problem, and give you a firm price before any repair work begins — there’s no charge and no obligation to move forward with the repair.

Do you offer a warranty?

Most eligible repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue comes back within that window, bring it in and we’ll make it right.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome at our Long Beach shop when available, though booking ahead is recommended so we can have the right parts ready for you. Mobile (on-site) service always requires booking in advance.

How long does a repair take?

Most phone, tablet, and computer repairs are completed the same day, often within about 45 minutes. Timing can vary depending on your device, the issue, and part availability.

Service Options & Coverage

Questions 06–10
What’s the difference between mobile and in-shop repair?

Both use the same repair process and applicable warranty, with parts selected for your device and repair. With mobile service, a technician comes to you at your home, office, or another location; in-shop means visiting us at 3970 Atlantic Avenue #203, Long Beach, CA 90807. Some complex issues, like severe water or motherboard damage, are sometimes better handled in-shop, and we’ll recommend that if needed.

What areas do you serve?

Our shop is based in Long Beach, and our mobile technicians serve the rest of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. See our Service Areas page to confirm coverage for your city.

What devices do you repair?

Phones, tablets, computers, laptops, and gaming consoles — including iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Motorola, LG, iPad, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.

Do you offer anything beyond hardware repair?

Yes. Beyond screen, battery, and charging port repairs, we also help with device setup, data transfer, backups, software updates, account setup, and virus removal.

What parts do you use?

We offer both standard and premium replacement part options, so you can choose what fits your budget — pricing differs between the two, and we’ll walk you through the options before any work begins.

Devices, Data & Repair Support

Questions 11–15
Can a device still have water damage even if it works fine?

Yes. A phone or tablet may keep working right after liquid exposure while moisture or residue remains inside. Charging problems, camera condensation, battery drain, or corrosion can show up later, so it’s worth getting it checked even if it currently seems fine.

Is my data safe during a repair?

In most repairs, your data isn’t affected. That said, we’re not responsible for data loss — even during a routine repair like a screen replacement, an unrelated issue can occasionally come up. We always recommend backing up your device before any repair, just to be safe.

What if my device isn’t listed?

We repair many additional brands and models beyond what’s listed here — contact us with your device and the issue, and we’ll confirm whether we can help.

What does the 90-day warranty cover?

For eligible repairs, the warranty covers defects in the replacement part and the labor performed for your repair during the 90-day period. It doesn’t cover new accidental damage, liquid exposure, impact damage, or issues unrelated to the repair we completed. We’re happy to walk you through the details before your repair begins.
